Security forces conduct operations against terrorists in KP
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, security forces conducted three separate intelligence-based operations against terrorists, resulting in the deaths of five militants and the arrest of two.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), these operations took place in various regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on April 30 and May 1.
The spokesperson reported that in the first operation in Bajaur district, three militants, including the most wanted terrorist Fareedullah, were killed following an exchange of fire.
The second operation was carried out in the Dosali area of North Waziristan, where two more militants were killed in a firefight.
The third successful operation took place in Mohmand district, where two terrorists, including Lal Amir alias Ibrahim, were arrested alive.
A large quantity of weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials was recovered from the arrested militants.

The ISPR stated that clearance operations are ongoing due to concerns about the presence of additional terrorists in the area.
The spokesperson emphasized that Pakistan’s security forces will continue their operations until terrorism is completely eradicated from the country.
