Indian Rafale jets withdraw after detection by PAF near LoC
The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) detected four Indian Rafale fighter jets conducting patrols near the Line of Control (LoC), during the night of April 29 to 30, prompting their withdrawal following a coordinated PAF response.
According to security sources, the Indian jets were flying within the airspace over Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) when PAF aircraft identified their activity and acted promptly in response.
Moreover, as Indian jets entered Pakistani airspace, PAF quickly identified them and activated its surveillance.
A PAF official stated that they monitored movements closely and acted strategically to assert their air capabilities.
Security sources emphasized that Pakistani forces are prepared and vigilant to respond appropriately to any form of Indian aggression.
Defense analysts commented that such actions by India are irresponsible and pose a threat to regional peace.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has seemed to be building a case for military action against its neighboring archrival, the New York Times reported.
Following the Pahalgam attack in Indian-occupied Kashmir, Indian intelligence agencies have once again intensified their campaign of targeting local Kashmiri youth through their notorious tactics.
