PM Shehbaz Sharif condemns Bandar Abbas explosion
In a recent telephone conversation, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif condemned the explosion in Bandar Abbas and extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims.
He expressed Pakistan’s support for Iran’s constructive efforts to promote peace in the region and reiterated a strong condemnation of all forms of terrorism.
During the discussion, the Prime Minister highlighted that Pakistan has been one of the biggest victims of terrorism, with its sacrifices recognized globally.
He also addressed India’s provocative actions, firmly denying any Pakistani involvement in the Pahalgam incident and emphasizing Pakistan’s commitment to regional peace, rejecting any support for terrorism or provocation.
President Masoud Behzadian expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Sharif for his condolences regarding the explosion and commended Pakistan’s efforts toward regional stability.
The Iranian President invited Prime Minister Sharif to visit Tehran, an invitation the Prime Minister gladly accepted.
