Twilight star Kristen Stewart marries longtime partner Dylan Meyer
Kristen Stewart, best known for her role as Bella Swan in the Twilight saga, has officially married her longtime partner Dylan Meyer in a private ceremony held at their Los Angeles home over the Easter weekend.
The wedding was a close-knit celebration attended by a few loved ones, including actress Ashley Benson and her husband Brandon Davis. The couple exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony that saw Kristen donning a stylish two-piece outfit, while Dylan wore a sheer white top with a matching skirt. Photos from the event showed the couple beaming with joy as Kristen placed a wedding ring on Dylan’s finger.
A love story years in the making
Kristen and Dylan’s love story began when they met on a film set but truly blossomed after a chance reconnection at a mutual friend’s birthday party. They sparked dating rumours in 2019 and made their relationship Instagram official later that year. The couple got engaged in 2021 and had recently obtained their marriage license just a week before the ceremony.
Dylan Meyer is a screenwriter and the daughter of Oscar-nominated filmmaker Nicholas Meyer. She and Kristen have collaborated professionally as well, co-writing the upcoming stoner comedy The Wrong Girls.
Stewart was last seen in the indie comedy Sacramento, alongside Michael Cera, Michael Angarano, and Maya Erskine. She is currently working on The Wrong Girls, which also stars Seth Rogen, Alia Shawkat, and LaKeith Stanfield. The film marks another creative milestone for Stewart, further cementing her transition from teen vampire fame to seasoned actor-writer.
Fans and well-wishers have taken to social media to congratulate the newlyweds, celebrating their journey from Hollywood acquaintances to life partners.
