Massive increase in gold prices in Pakistan
The price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs6,944, while the price per tola has risen by Rs8,100.
10 grams of gold is priced at Rs 306,755, and the price per tola stands at Rs357,800.
The global gold price has jumped by $69, now reaching $3,395 per ounce.
Gold prices in Pakistan experienced a decline on Saturday, following a decrease in the international market. In the local market, the price per tola fell to Rs 318,000, down by Rs 800 in just one day.
Similarly, 10 grams of gold was priced at Rs 272,633, reflecting a decrease of Rs 686, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The international gold rate also dropped, with APGJSA reporting a price of $3,022 per ounce (including a $20 premium), marking a $9 decrease for the day.
This follows a Rs 2,000 decline in the price per tola on Friday. Meanwhile, the price of silver in Pakistan remained stable at Rs 3,475 per tola. Notably, gold prices had risen on Thursday.
