In Karachi, Jamaat-e-Islami organized a large, peaceful protest led by the party’s city chief, Munem Zafar, who called on the public to completely boycott Israeli products. He urged Pakistanis to raise their voices against the atrocities being committed against Palestinians and to play an active role in the economic boycott of the “occupying regime.”
Zafar also appealed to citizens to participate in the “Gaza March” on April 13 to show solidarity with Palestinians and send a strong message to the world that Pakistan stands with the oppressed.
Jamaat-e-Islami emphasized that these rallies and protests were not only a display of support for Palestinians but also an attempt to awaken the conscience of the global community, urging it to take concrete action against Israeli aggression and deliver justice to the victims.
