Karachi: Woman opens fire after car collides with truck
In Karachi, after a collision between a truck and a luxury vehicle near the Isa Nagar area, a woman in the car opened fire.
The police quickly arrived at the scene, arrested the woman who fired the shots, and registered a case against her under government representation at the PIB Colony police station.
According to police officials, both the woman and the truck driver have been taken into custody and transferred to the police station. They have been named in the same FIR.
The case states that both the woman and the truck driver were driving recklessly and carelessly. The truck attempted to overtake, causing the vehicle to sideswipe. In anger, the woman pulled out a pistol and began firing into the air.

According to the police, the woman presented a license for a 9mm pistol at the scene, but it turned out to be expired. The verification of the woman’s weapon license is underway, and it was obtained from a weapons dealer in Jaffarabad, Balochistan. Additionally, the license was not valid nationwide.
The police stated that the woman’s actions fall under Section 337, and both vehicles have been confiscated.
The woman has been transferred to the Women’s Police Station, and the truck driver to the PIB Police Station. Further investigations are being carried out regarding the weapon license.
