Nawabzada Gharam Bugti taken into custody before scheduled long March
Arrest comes as leader plans protest against Balochistan government
The leader of Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) Nawabzada Gharam Bugti, has been apprehended by police.
Officials reported that he was arrested at Bugti House in Dera Bugti, where he surrendered peacefully without any resistance.
The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) in Dera Bugti confirmed that Bugti would be held in custody for 30 days.
This arrest comes just as Nawabzada Gharam Bugti was set to lead a long march against the Balochistan government today, April 4.
