The government has decided to convene an All Parties Conference (APC) to discuss the evolving situation in Afghanistan, according to PML-N leader Barrister Aqeel Malik.

He expressed deep concerns over India allegedly using Afghanistan to advance its own agenda, which he described as a serious threat to Pakistan.

Speaking on the matter, Barrister Malik emphasised that credible intelligence suggests an Afghan national was involved in a recent attack.

He noted that while the Torkham border has been temporarily opened, the repatriation of Afghan refugees remains inevitable.

He further stated that Pakistan prioritises the security of its citizens above all else and cannot give precedence to foreign nationals over its own people.

Stressing the need for decisive action, he asserted that the country must not allow any harm to its sovereignty and citizens, calling for tough measures to address the security challenges.
