Veteran TV actor Shabbir Jan emphasised the importance of patience and tolerance in society, stating that fasting is a powerful form of worship that teaches self-restraint.

Speaking on Aaj TV’s “Baran-e-Rehmat” Iftar transmission, he highlighted the need for mutual understanding in relationships, adding that spouses should learn to tolerate each other’s differences to ensure a peaceful life.

Shabbir Jan described Ramazan as a blessed month, marking the revelation of the Holy Quran and the significance of the “Laylatul Qadr”.

He expressed his dedication to making the most of this month through worship and encouraged others to strengthen their connection with Allah.

He also urged that prayers should not be limited to Ramadan but observed throughout the year.

Actress Fareeda Shabbir, also present on the show, shared that Ramazan is a time of special family traditions in their household.

She spoke about the importance of patience and urged people to focus on the positive traits of others rather than just their flaws.
