Former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader Sher Afzal Marwat has announced a three-month break from all party activities, stating that he will meet the party’s founder and reassess his political future.

“If I am not convinced, I have no desire to stay in politics,” he said.

Marwat also claimed that Ali Amin Gandapur has been sidelined, adding, “The founder will be deeply disappointed if he continues to rely on such people. When a blind person regains sight, the first thing they do is break the cane they once relied on.”

The former PTI leader emphasised that he would meet Imran Khan in jail and make his decision accordingly.

“If he fails to convince me, I will step away from politics altogether,” he asserted.
