The Lahore administration has opened a dedicated motorcycle lane to manage traffic congestion in one of the major cities of Pakistan.

The lane, painted in green and orange, stretches for 10 kilometres. It is 12 feet wide. Everyone did not follow the special lane, according to Aaj News correspondent.

Orange colour signals the start of the double-lane road and the drivers will have to manage their speed to drive on the dedicated green lane.

The lanes are separated from the main roadway by low-height concrete walls, and work has already commenced by the LDA’s urban development team.
