The body of an old man has been found in his home in Sector 5-E, New Karachi. Police believe the body, discovered by children playing in the street, is eight to ten hours old.

According to police, Rehan, who lived alone and was reportedly a drug addict, had his hands bound and was strangled with a cloth noose.

The door to his house was found open, with his body lying near the entrance.

Police suspect that Rehan was murdered by an associate or associates involved in drug use. An investigation is underway, with evidence being collected from the crime scene.
