Earthquake shakes parts of Punjab and KP

An earthquake struck several regions in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with tremors felt in major cities including Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar, as well as in Multan, Chiniot, Lakki Marwat, Swat, and Chitral.

Tremors from an earthquake were felt on Wednesday.

Residents reported significant shaking, but there were no immediate reports of casualties or property damage.

Estimated magnitude of the earthquake was 4.5 Richter scale.

It had a longitude of 70.51 East and a latitude of 31.29 North.

There have been no reports of loss of life or damage to property.
