A rickshaw driver has been arrested for allegedly cutting off a buffalo’s tongue in Sargodha after the animal ate fodder.

The incident occurred when the suspect, identified as Muhammad Bilal, was transporting fodder on his loader rickshaw.

He became enraged when the buffalo began eating the fodder and allegedly cut off its tongue with a sickle.

The Shahpur City Police Station has registered a case against the suspect and arrested him.
