Supermodel Gisele Bundchen, once the world’s highest-paid model, has revealed that she nearly died during a photo shoot in Iceland for a perfume brand.

“I did a photo shoot on a fake iceberg in Iceland, and I almost fell off into the ocean,” she said while appearing on NBC’s ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ last week.

The Brazilian fashion model revealed that a scary incident took place in 2000 where she “would have been dead in seconds.”

“So the whole thing I was supposed to be in this slip dress while everyone was like in a boat — like, all the crew was in a boat with like huge puffer jackets and life vests,” she said.

Bündchen was participating in a campaign for the fragrance Oxygene at the time.
