Leopard attack in KP’s Parachinar leaves two injured
The wild animal had entered Sabzi Mandi
A leopard in Parachinar town of Kurram District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa entered into the civilian population and injured two people who were moved to hospital for treatment.
The wildlife department rushed to the scene after they were informed of the wild animal entering the Sabzi Mandi (vegetable market) in Parachinar.

Leopards are known to make appearances now and then in areas near mountains. Wildlife officials say that destruction and encroachment of habitat often force these wild cats to move towards human settlements to find food.
