SC fixes Arshad Sharif murder case hearing on June 13
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial to head the bench
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has fixed the hearing on journalist Arshad Sharif murder case on June 13.
A five-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial will conduct the hearing on the case.
Journalist Arshad Sharif was killed on October 23, 2022, in Kajiado, a remote area of Kenya, when he was living in the country to escape persecution back in Pakistan.
The apex court has issued notices to the attorney general, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the joint investigation team on the journalist’s murder.
Bandiya had taken a suo moto notice of the murder of Arshad Sharif on December 6, 2022.
