Senior Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Javed Hashmi was appointed as President of the party on Monday. The decision was announced during a press conference attended by Imran Khan and other senior party leaders.

Speaking on the occasion, Javed Hashmi said that Imran Khan is fighting against corruption. He said he would standby Khan in his struggle for stability of democracy.
