Emirates has temporarily suspended all flights to and from Dubai until 3pm on March 3, citing multiple regional airspace closures, the airline said.
The airline said the situation remains dynamic and is being continuously assessed.
It urged customers to check the latest operational updates on its website http://emirates.com and review their emails for notifications regarding flight changes or cancellations before travelling to the airport.
Passengers booked to travel before or on March 5 have been offered options, including rebooking on alternate flights for travel on or before March 20, or requesting a refund at emirat.es/refund.
Customers were advised to contact the airline directly or their travel agent, depending on how the ticket was booked.
Emirates also confirmed that all city check-in points across Dubai are temporarily closed until further notice.
The airline said it is actively monitoring the situation and engaging with relevant authorities.
It apologised for the inconvenience caused and reiterated that the safety and security of passengers and crew remain its highest priority.
