Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Wednesday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, the gold price per tola reached Rs541,262 after a gain of Rs1,300 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs464,044 after it increased by Rs1,114, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Tuesday, the gold price per tola reached Rs539,962 after a gain of Rs3,400 during the day.
The international rate of gold was up by $13 to reach $5,185 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs268 to reach Rs9,554 per tola.
