Mayank Kumar contributed 21 runs, while the other batsmen could not show much performance.

In reply, New Zealand’s opener Tim Seifert led the chase with an unbeaten 89 runs, with Finn Allen scoring 84 runs as the pair shared an unbroken opening stand.
