Intensifying cold across Punjab has brought dense fog, making travel difficult on major roads and highways.

Many motorways were already closed during morning and evening hours, and now key roads in Lahore are also heavily affected.

Reduced visibility is slowing traffic and causing delays for commuters.

Areas including Mall Road, Jail Road, Ferozepur Road, Gulberg Road, Defence Road, and Model Town are particularly impacted.

Motorways M2, M3, M4, M5, and M11, which were temporarily closed, have reopened as visibility improves.

Authorities have urged drivers to exercise caution and allow extra time for travel amid poor conditions.
