The bodies of three teenagers, aged between 15 and 16, were found hanging from a tree near Dano Dhandal town in Tharparkar district on Saturday.
Police reached the scene and shifted the bodies to the local hospital for post-mortem examination.
According to initial police reports, all three victims belonged to Kolhi Mohalla in Dano Dhandal.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Tharparkar has appointed DSP Chachro, Lutaf Ali Laghari, as the inquiry officer to investigate the incident.
The SSP said there were no visible signs of physical assault on the bodies.
Post-mortem examinations conducted at Taluka Hospital, Nangarparkar, suggested that the teenagers committed suicide.
Hospital sources noted that minor bleeding observed on some parts of the bodies was caused by insect bites on the tree and not due to assault.
Police have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
