After a steady rise, gold rates in Pakistan have now declined, marking a significant drop after reaching record highs.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs3,300, bringing it down to Rs430,362.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs2,829, settling at Rs368,966.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold dropped by $33 per ounce to $4,080 on the first business day of the week.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola fell by Rs27 and is now recorded at Rs5,097.
