Four arrested after Trump-Epstein images projected onto Windsor Castle

British police arrested four people after protesters projected images of US President Donald Trump alongside convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on to Windsor Castle, where Trump is due to be hosted by King Charles during his state visit.

Trump arrived in Britain for an unprecedented second state visit, with a formal welcome scheduled at Windsor on Wednesday.

Hour earlier, activists unfurled a large banner featuring Trump and Epstein near the castle before projecting images of the two men onto one of its towers.

Thames valley police said four adults were detained on suspicion of malicious communications following what is called an “unauthorised projection” and “public stunt”. The individual remains in custody.

The protest comes just days after Democrats in the US House of Representatives released a birthday letter, Trump allegedly sent to Epstein more than 20years ago. T

he White House has denied the document’s authenticity but its publications has revived scrutiny of Trump’s past association with Epstein.

The activists projected the letter onto Windsor Castle, alongside photos of Epstein’s victims, media coverage and police record.

Trump and Epstein were friends before Trump’s presidency, but had falling out years before Epstein’s 2019 death in prison. Despite, Trump’s effort to dismiss the controversy, public and political interest in Epstein’s network and associations remains high.
