Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem has returned to Pakistan from England after undergoing surgery and rehabilitation.
He is expected to begin preparations soon for the upcoming World Athletics Championship in Japan.
Nadeem underwent shin surgery in Cambridge, performed by Dr Ali Sher Bajwa, and continued his rehabilitation there.
After a few days of rest at home, he will begin training in Lahore under medical guidance to regain peak form ahead of the championship, scheduled to be held in Japan next month.
The 2024 Olympic champion is aiming to make a strong comeback on the international stage and represent Pakistan in the global athletics event.
