Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Friday, tracking gains in the international market.
In the local market, the gold rate per tola hit Rs362,700 after an increase of Rs500 during the day.
According to figures shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10-gram gold stood at Rs310,956, reflecting a gain of Rs428.
A day earlier, gold per tola had jumped by Rs2,900 to settle at Rs362,200.
International gold prices also edged up on Friday.
The rate reached $3,400 per ounce (including a $20 premium), up $5 from the previous day, APGJSA reported.
Silver prices in the local market rose by Rs14 per tola to Rs4,073.
