Gold prices in Pakistan saw an increase on Thursday, mirroring gains in the international market.
In the local market, the price per tola reached Rs362,200, reflecting a rise of Rs2,900 for the day.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price for 10 grams of gold was recorded at Rs310,528, up by Rs2,487.
On Wednesday, the price per tola had settled at Rs359,300, after an increase of Rs1,300.
Internationally, gold prices also experienced an uptick, with the rate at $3,395 per ounce (plus a premium of $20), marking a gain of $29, as reported by APGJSA.
Additionally, the price of silver per tola rose by Rs49, reaching Rs4,059.
