United Business Group approves key appointments to strengthen national leadership

The Central Core Committee of the United Business Group (UBG) convened an important meeting on Saturday, during which several high-level leadership appointments were unanimously approved.

These strategic changes are aimed at further strengthening the group’s organisational framework and enhancing its presence across Pakistan.

In a key development, Momin Malik was appointed as Senior Vice Chairman of UBG, reaffirming his leadership role within the national business community.

To expand UBG’s regional influence, Haji Ghulam Farooq was named Chairman of UBG Balochistan and inducted into the Core Committee, a move expected to boost the group’s outreach and effectiveness in the province.

In Punjab, Amir Ata Bajwa was appointed Chairman of UBG Punjab, while Bakhtawar Tanveer assumed the role of Senior Vice Chairman for the province.

These appointments are expected to infuse new energy and direction into UBG’s initiatives in the region.

Following the meeting, UBG Patron-in-Chief S.M. Tanveer extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed office bearers.

He expressed full confidence in their abilities to lead with vision, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the interests of Pakistan’s business community.

“These appointments mark a new chapter of growth and unity for UBG. We are confident that our strengthened leadership team will continue to drive positive change and contribute to the economic advancement of the country,” Tanveer stated.
