Big real estate gathering in Lahore, Etihad town’s phase-III pre-launch plan unveild

A major real estate event took place in Lahore over the weekend as Etihad Town officially revealed the pre-launch payment plan for its upcoming Phase-III. The unveiling was held during a ceremony at The Palace, Etihad Town, located on Raiwind Road, and drew a sizable turnout from Lahore’s real estate community.

The event, focused on showcasing the details of Phase-III, was attended by sales partners, senior stakeholders, and key figures from the local property market. According to attendees, the gathering served both as an introduction to the project’s scope and a reaffirmation of the developer’s promise to maintain standards set in earlier phases.

Sheikh Shujaullah Khan, CEO of Etihad Group, addressed the audience as chief guest. In his remarks, he described Phase-III as a milestone in the group’s development history, calling it “a complete representation of a modern, prosperous lifestyle.”He also reiterated that the group plans to deliver the project ahead of schedule an assurance that was met with applause from realtors in attendance.

While specifics of the payment plan were kept for those present, the event outlined several of the proposed features that Phase-III aims to offer. Among the most talked-about additions are what Etihad Town claims will be Pakistan’s first privately developed water park, along with a bird park, an eco-friendly urban forest, and a dedicated sports arena.

The commercial component of the development was another highlight. Inspired by Paris’ Champs-Élysées, the commercial block is intended to bring an international architectural feel to the project. Though still in the pre-launch phase, this concept was a particular point of interest for realtors and investors seeking high-profile urban developments.

Sales partners at the event expressed confidence in the developer’s track record, citing the group’s past performance on earlier phases and their ability to deliver on time. Some SSPs (Senior Sales Partners) noted that the location and master plan give Phase-III a strong market advantage.

Phase-III of Etihad Town is positioned as a large-scale residential and commercial development that blends modern amenities with environmental sustainability—an approach that aligns with broader shifts in urban planning and real estate marketing.

While the project is still in its early stages, the strong industry turnout and detailed presentation have marked it as one to watch in Lahore’s evolving property landscape.
