The Met Office on Monday issued a warning that the felt temperature, or real feel, in Karachi could soar to 45 degrees Celsius. Currently, sea breezes are stalled, resulting in increased sun exposure throughout the day.
The weather forecast for the next 24 hours predicts extremely hot and humid conditions.
The city’s current temperature stands at 34 degrees Celsius, but the heat is being felt more intensely at 39 degrees.
According to PMD reports, western winds are blowing at a speed of 18 kilometers per hour, while humidity levels have climbed to 56 percent.
