Punjab’s Minister for Minority Affairs, Ramesh Singh Arora, has strongly criticized India, stating that it has reached new heights of deceit, falsehood, and war frenzy, posing serious threats to regional peace.
In a press conference, Arora condemned India’s attack on the sacred site of Nankana Sahib, saying it has hurt the hearts of the Sikh community. He highlighted that such attacks not only lead to loss of life but also play with the sentiments of minorities.
Arora claimed that India’s recent drama in Pahalgam and subsequent accusations against Pakistan are merely part of a false propaganda campaign. He asserted that India wants to portray itself as the superpower of the region, but its true face has been revealed to the world.
He noted that when Sikh pilgrims returned from the Wagah border, they were chanting “Long Live Pakistan” while in tears. He expressed confidence that Pakistan would never harm the Golden Temple or any Sikh religious site. Arora made it clear that if India targets religious places, Sikhs worldwide will stand with Pakistan.
Sikh leader Sardar Bishan Singh also condemned the Indian attacks, reporting over 100 drone strikes aimed at Nankana Sahib.
He praised the Pakistan Army for successfully thwarting these attacks. Sardar Bishan Singh declared that they will stand alongside the Pakistan Army and resist India to the last drop of blood.

Sikh leader Satwant Kaur, speaking at the press conference, stated that Pakistan is a champion of harmony, where all religious sites remain open.
She emphasized that Pakistan is peaceful, but if challenged, they know how to respond. Ramesh Singh Arora, Bishan Singh, and Satwant Kaur urged the international community, the United Nations, and human rights organizations to take immediate notice of India’s aggression, anti-minority policies, and attacks on religious sites.
