Attaullah Tarar to lead media visit to sites hit by Indian attacks

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar will take local and international media to the areas affected by recent Indian attacks.

The Ministry of Information has organized a visit to Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Muridke, andAhmedpur East. These are the places where Indian forces attacked last night and targeted civilians.

Moreover, the government wants to show the real situation on the ground and expose India’s false claims about so-called terrorist camps.

Over 30 foreign journalists and over at least 50 Pakistani media representatives will visit the affected areas. They will inspect the damage and report what they see so the world can learn the truth.

Tarar says India admits defeat by raising white flag at LoC

Speaking to Turkish media late at night, he said Pakistan’s response to Indian aggression is ongoing and that India will be made to pay for its actions.

He stated that key decisions will be made by Pakistan’s National Security Committee, which is scheduled to meet in the morning.

In interviews with international outlets including BBC, Sky News, and TRT World, the minister disclosed that India launched unprovoked attacks on five different locations within Pakistan, resulting in the deaths of women and children.

Condemning the Indian attacks, Tarar called the targeting of innocent civilians “highly regrettable.” He stressed that Pakistan’s forces had only targeted Indian warplanes involved in the aggression.

He noted that Indian media itself was acknowledging the downing of the aircraft. “The entire nation prayed for the success of the Pakistan Army throughout the night,” he added.

Tarar reiterated that Pakistan has long been a victim of terrorism, having sacrificed 90,000 lives in its war against terror.

He also pointed out that Pakistan had offered an independent investigation into the Pahalgam incident—an offer rejected by Indian authorities. This, he argued, clearly revealed India’s intent to conceal the truth and pursue malicious agendas.

Addressing a press conference at the Pak-China Friendship Centre in Islamabad, Tarar commended the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) for its rapid and forceful retaliation after Indian missile strikes reportedly hit civilian areas in Punjab and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

He claimed the PAF had successfully downed five Indian fighter jets and one drone during the exchange.
