Pakistan Army shoots down two Indian quadcopters at LoC in single day

The Pakistan Army on Tuesday shot down two Indian surveillance quadcopters along the Line of Control (LoC), in what security sources described as a firm and timely response to India’s repeated violations of Pakistani airspace.

According to security officials, the second drone was downed in the Satwal sector while it was conducting espionage inside Pakistani territory. The quadcopter, identified as “Pelton-4”, was part of India’s ongoing surveillance attempts.

Earlier in the day, Pakistani forces had also intercepted and shot down another Indian drone belonging to the Indian Army’s Assam Regiment in the Manawar sector of Bhimber.

Sources noted that both incidents reflect the Pakistan Army’s high state of vigilance and professionalism. “These provocative actions by India are deliberate attempts to destabilise regional peace,” a security official said. “But the Pakistan Army is fully prepared to respond swiftly and effectively to any form of aggression.”
