Pakistan Super League season 10 is set for a vibrant broadcast experience with the announcement of a high-profile commentary panel, featuring legendary names from both local and international cricket.
Former England captain Alastair Cook will join the Pakistan Super League (PSL) commentary panel for the first time, adding a new dimension to the tournament’s English-language coverage. Cook’s inclusion is seen as a major boost to the league’s international appeal.
The panel also includes renowned broadcasters such as Mark Nicholas, Dominic Cork, JP Duminy, and Mike Haysman. New Zealand’s Martin Guptill, Bangladesh’s Athar Ali Khan, and Australia’s Lisa Sthalekar have also been named, ensuring diverse global perspectives during matches.
Pakistan cricket stalwarts Ramiz Raja, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, and Aamer Sohail will bring local expertise and flair to the panel. Bazid Khan, Urooj Mumtaz, and Sikander Bakht will also lend their voices to the commentary box throughout the season.
A full-fledged Urdu commentary team has also been formed to cater to local audiences. The panel includes Tariq Saeed, Ali Younis, Aqeel Samar, Marina Iqbal, and Salman Butt, promising in-depth analysis and culturally resonant insights for Urdu-speaking viewers.
Australian presenter Erin Holland and Pakistan’s Zainab Abbas will be the official presenters during the matches, engaging fans with pre- and post-match discussions, player interviews, and live updates.
