A man was killed and Dania Shah’s husband injured when a motorcycle hit the vehicle near Punjab’s Lodhran earlier this week, The Express Tribune reported.
Dania and her husband, Hakeem Shehzad Lohar, were trending on social media after clips of the accident surfaced.
Reports said that the biker’s wife was also injured.
Shehzad claimed that the motorcyclist was speeding and driving in the wrong direction when the crash occurred. He was in the passenger seat at the time, and he reported losing consciousness due to a head injury. Dania escaped unharmed, though their vehicle “suffered extensive damage.”
Shehzad has denied any allegations of driving under the influence and assured that he would provide financial support to the victim’s family.
