The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has devised a plan to hold protests in all constituencies in Punjab if permission is not granted to hold a rally on August 5 in Lahore.

In this regard, Aaj News brought to light PTI’s ‘Plan B’ in case its request to hold a big rally at Minar-e-Pakistan is denied.

According to party sources, the Punjab government is unlikely to grant permission to the PTI to hold a rally at Minar-e-Pakistan.

In response, the PTI will stage protests in every constituency across Punjab on August 5. The video footage of these protests will be sent to the party leadership.

Following August 5, a call for protest in major cities will be announced.

Instructions have been issued to the divisional leadership and ticket holders regarding the protest movement.

Party officials have also been directed to complete the organisational work at the UC level before August 5 and submit a report to the leadership.

Disciplinary action will be taken against office bearers who fail to participate in the protests.
