Gold prices in Pakistan once again witnessed a significant increase on Monday, with rates surpassing major psychological thresholds for both tola and 10-gram.

According to data released by the All Pakistan Sarafa and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs800 per tola, bringing the new price to Rs350,200.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs686, now standing at Rs300,240.

In the global market, gold prices rose by $8 per ounce, reaching $3,282.

Meanwhile, silver prices remained stable. In Pakistan, 10 grams of silver are priced at Rs3,782, while in the international market, silver is trading at $35.98 per ounce.
