PM Shehbaz Sharif departs for Turkiye on first leg of four-nation tour
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, in the first leg of his four countries’ visit, on Sunday departed from Lahore to Turkiye, on a two-day official visit.
The prime minister was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar and his Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, PM Office Media Wing said in a press release.
The prime minister is undertaking visit to Turkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan from 25-30 May.
“During the visit, the Prime Minister will have wide-ranging discussions with the leaders of these countries on an entire range of issues covering bilateral relations and matters of regional and international importance,” Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.
