In a decisive move, the Director General of the Levies Force has dismissed 15 personnel due to continuous absenteeism, negligence of duties, disorder, and failure to follow orders from higher authorities.

The dismissed personnel were affiliated with the CPEC Wing and the SSPEU Wing, stationed in various districts of Balochistan, including Sibi, Sorab, Khuzdar, Turbat, and Panjgur.

They were assigned security duties by Pakistan Railways from Shal to Jafarabad but failed to report for duty without prior notice or permission.

The department highlighted that their absenteeism has created disorder and administrative challenges within the organization, adversely impacting the Levies Force’s overall performance.

The names of the dismissed personnel include:

  1. Khaleq Dad (Sibi)

  2. Zahir Ahmed (Sibi)

  3. Gul Muhammad (Sibi)

  4. Yasir Ahmed (Sorab)

  5. Zahir Ahmed (Khuzdar)

  6. Zahid Ahmed (Khuzdar)

  7. Abid Hussain (Khuzdar)

  8. Abdul Hafeez (Khuzdar)

  9. Sagheer Ahmed (Turbat)

  10. Sadiq Safar (Turbat)

  11. Saeed Ahmed (Turbat)

  12. Jalal Murad (Turbat)

  13. Tanveer Ahmed (Panjgur)

  14. Muhammad Hussain (Panjgur)

  15. Sajid Ali (Panjgur)

The decree, signed by Director General Levies Abdul Ghaffar Magsi, mandates relevant departments to immediately halt the monthly salaries of the dismissed personnel, confirming that they will no longer be part of any government service.

This action is part of ongoing efforts to address rising irresponsibility and disorder within the Levies Force in light of increasing organized terrorist activities.

In March this year, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti had ordered strict action against government employees and officers involved in anti-state activities.
