Unknown motorcycle-riding robbers have opened fire after a rickshaw failed to stop during a robbery attempt in Sheikhupura.

The shooting occurred near the Walgan Jhanda area, resulting in injuries to a father and daughter.

According to rescue sources, both victims were transported to the hospital for treatment, and their injuries are not life-threatening.

Following the incident, the assailants have managed to flee the scene.

The police have registered a case and initiated a search for the suspects involved in the attack.
