A motorcyclist lost his life after being hit by a speeding water tanker near Salma Chowk in Naya Nazimabad.

Rescue officials identified the deceased as Ibrahim.

According to the police, the tanker responsible for the accident has been taken into custody, but the driver managed to escape.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
