The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has taken Advocate Mian Munib Tariq into custody for filming and uploading footage of a disturbance in the courtroom.

The agency plans to present him in court to secure a remand.

Sources indicate that the FIA will investigate the involvement of Advocate Zahid Mahmood Goraya in the incident.

If found guilty, Goraya could also face arrest, as he has previously been sentenced by the High Court to six months in prison and fined Rs100,000 for a related offense.
