The body of an unidentified woman was discovered along a road in the Margalla Hills, approximately 1.5 kilometers from Monal on Wednesday.

She was reportedly shot in the head by unknown assailants.

The police, led by SHO Shafqat Fayaz from Kohsar Police, arrived at the scene and transported the body to Polyclinic Hospital for further examination.

They have collected fingerprint samples from the deceased to help identify her.

The investigation into the murder is still ongoing, with officers seeking any leads regarding the suspect or the motive behind the crime.
